VANDE WALLE, Justice.

Abner and Judith Mitchell appealed from a district court judgment of dismissal entered on a jury verdict in favor of Jack and Don Barnes and from an order denying their motion for a new trial. We affirm.

By written lease, the Mitchells leased farmland to Jack and Don Barnes for a three-year term, commencing December 15, 1975. The lease required basic cash rent of $36,800 per year, based on an average price of $2 per bushel for hard amber...
