Plaintiffs, Farmers Insurance Company, Inc. (Farmers) and Shelter Insurance Companies (Shelter), filed this declaratory judgment action against defendant, Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company (Prudential), seeking contribution to an insurance settlement paid by plaintiffs.
