Petitioners are teachers placed on unrequested leave by the school boards of respondent districts. The decision placing petition Skube on unrequested leave was served on May 17, 1984 and the decision placing petitioners Pinkney, Jeffery, Johnson, Prinkkila, Johnson, Ralston, Jarvi, Colvin and Paulson was served on May 21, 1984.
