Defendant was charged by complaint with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, Minn.Stat. § 152.09, subd. 1(1) (1982). After the trial court denied defendant's motion to suppress on Fourth Amendment grounds, defendant waived his right to a trial by jury and submitted the issue of guilt to the court on stipulated facts.
