Claimant-Flahave appeals the decision of the representative of the commissioner finding that he was disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation benefits under Minn.Stat. § 268.09, subd. 1(2) because he was discharged for misconduct due to his failure to notify his employer of his intended absence from work on four occasions in one year. Flahave asserts that this decision is wrong because it is based on unreliable evidence...
