The issue presented in this appeal is whether the trial court properly granted a motion for summary judgment nullifying a default judgment for the lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The default judgment was rendered in a separate suit entitled R.L. Abshire Construction Company, Inc. v. Woodson Construction Company, Inc., 459 So.2d 571 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1984).
