This is an appeal from a division of property in a divorce action. Appellant, Richard Hanlan Patrick Padon, and appellee, Carolyn Lee Padon, were married on January 29, 1971. At the time the parties married, appellant was not divorced from his first wife. That divorce did not become final until October 20, 1977.
