Salvador Ramirez-Preciado appeals from his conviction pursuant to a one count indictment for conspiracy to export certain industrial machinery to Cuba without a license from the Commerce Department. Ramirez-Preciado argues, first, that the district court's charge to the jury constituted plain error and, second, that the evidence was insufficient to support the jury's verdict of guilty. We find both contentions meritless and accordingly affirm...
