McCORMICK, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of two cases of aggravated assault. Punishment was assessed at ten years' confinement in each case.

In a supplemental brief, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence. We now turn to a review of the facts. About 1:00 p.m. on November 30, 1979, Mildred Wesley, the 14-year-old complainant in Cause No. 65,964, was walking home with some friends...
