We grant the petition for rehearing and vacate our affirmance of September 30, 1983. 446 So.2d 106.

This case involves whether a parent may be imprisoned for contempt of court on a finding that he wrongfully divested himself of the ability to make court-ordered child support payments and, if so, whether the parent is entitled to counsel at the contempt hearing.
