EDWARDS, Judge.

Allen J. and Ernest A. Kelly appeal the judgment denying their motion to hold the Terrebonne Parish Police Jury in contempt of court. We affirm.

The Terrebonne Parish Police Jury, appellee, excavated a drainage canal across a certain tract of land co-owned by Allen J. and Ernest A. Kelly, appellants, without first securing a right-of-way.
