Defendant was indicted on two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (Penal Law, § 220.39, subd 1) and, after a trial by jury, was found guilty as charged. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of incarceration of 3 to 9 years. On this appeal, defendant raises several grounds of error, none of which require reversal.
