CLINTON, Judge.

Appellant was found guilty of two counts of theft over $200.00 by a jury which assessed punishment at five years and nine years on the respective counts.

In his sole ground of error, appellant contends the evidence is insufficient to sustain his conviction in that the evidence shows as a matter of law that he was entrapped. To decide that contention a review of the facts is necessary, and we now turn to an examination of the...
