¶ Petitioner's license to practice medicine was revoked by the Commissioner of Education, effective November 23, 1983, at the direction of the Board of Regents, following three days of hearings before the Professional Misconduct Hearing Committee. This committee found petitioner guilty of all charges brought against him, except that of violating his previous probation, a charge that was withdrawn during the hearing.
