MERHIGE, District Judge.

The instant issue, now ripe for disposition, involves a dispute over the amount of attorneys' fees, for which some of the defendants1 (hereinafter sometimes "the lending trustees and Zahn," or "the liable defendants," or "the fee-liable defendants") were made liable to plaintiff pursuant to ERISA § 502(g), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(g), and this Court's order of June 30, 1983.
