This appeal concerns a juvenile proceeding wherein the defendant, David Shun Johnson, was adjudicated a delinquent for committing aggravated rape, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42(4), and simple kidnapping, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:45.
