JOHNSON, Judge.

The State's evidence tended to show that on 26 April 1982 between 6:15 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., the home of Clara Johnson was broken into and a .38 caliber revolver and a black and white TV set were stolen. Officer Flannagan arrived at the Johnson's residence to investigate the break-in at about 4:00 p.m. the same day.
