Rudolfo Silva appeals from his conviction for conspiring to commit a bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 2113(a), 2113(d), and 2113(e). On appeal, Silva argues that the district court abused its discretion when it admitted the testimony of Ray Keck, the president of the robbed bank.
