This case is now before this Court on the motion of Ms. Mary (Jari) Jackson (hereinafter "Movant") to quash a deposition subpoena served upon her by defendant Storer Broadcasting Company (hereinafter "Storer"). Movant, a newspaper reporter, contends that the subpoena must be quashed because Storer seeks discovery of matters which are qualifiedly privileged from discovery by the first amendment to the United States Constitution...
