This appeal is from separate summary judgments granted the defendant employee and his defendant employer in a personal injury suit by the wife of the employee. Involved is the question of whether a wife may maintain an action against her husband and/or his employer for injuries received as a result of the negligence of the employee husband while acting in the course and scope of his employment.
