On December 11, 1981, the appellee, Barbara Michaelis, issued a check for $19.56 to appellant, Machen Ford-Lincoln-Mercury, Inc., for repairs to her 1981 Ford Escort automobile. After driving the automobile for several miles, the same problem appellee had paid to have corrected reoccurred. She immediately returned to the Ford dealer and talked to the service manager, Don Smith, about the problem. The two of them were unable to reach a resolution...
