Appellee Grady Wooldridge brought suit against Perry Horine (Horine), Clinton Manges (Manges), and Duval County Ranch Company (DCRC), a corporation wholly owned by Manges. As to all defendants, Wooldridge sought damages for fraud, breach of contract, moneys had and received, and breach of a third party beneficiary contract; his claim against Horine was also based on two promissory notes.
