GILES, District Judge.

After a trial on liability and all back pay issues, a jury answered special interrogatories finding that the plaintiff was separated from the defendants' employ because of his age and that the termination was willful in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. ("ADEA").
