The defendant, Helen Faye Wilson Armstead Kahey, was indicted by the Sabine Parish grand jury for the second degree murder of Arthur Armstead Kahey, in violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1. Defendant filed a motion to quash the grand jury indictment urging that the selection procedure employed to empanel the grand jury was illegal. The trial court denied the motion to quash.
