COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from the district court's dismissal of the plaintiff's claim under section 4-212 of the Uniform Commercial Code on the grounds that the plaintiff failed to establish its damages. Affirmed.

The Appliance Buyers Credit Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Michigan, is a finance company that provides wholesale "floor-plan financing" to appliance dealers.1
