THOMAS, Justice.

Appellant appeals his 16-year sentence for delivery of methamphetamines, such delivery being in the form of an offer to sell.

Through four grounds of error, appellant contends: (1) the indictment is fundamentally defective; (2) the evidence is insufficient on each element of the offense; (3) the court erred by not holding a hearing on a potential conflict of interests arising from Appellant's representation by an attorney...
