Plaintiff, Sallie Guillory, brought this action to recover damages for injuries sustained when the motorcycle upon which she was riding was struck by a truck owned by Avondale Shipyards, Inc.1 Named as defendants were Avondale Shipyards, Inc. and its liability insurer, The Travelers Insurance Company.
