NYE, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of murder. Despite his plea of not guilty, appellant Oscar Camargo Villarreal was found guilty by a jury and sentenced to seventy years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. Appellant brings six grounds of error on appeal. He does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction and, therefore, we provide only a brief recitation of the facts...
