McNEILLY, Justice:

In 1975 defendant, John H. Bailey, was convicted of manslaughter and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony. In February, 1976 defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 30 years for the manslaughter offense and ten years for the weapons offense. On September 8, 1980 this Court announced its decision in Evans v. State, Del.Supr., 420 A.2d 1186<...
