McNEILLY, Justice:

In 1975 defendant, John H. Bailey, was convicted of manslaughter and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony. In February, 1976 defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 30 years for the manslaughter offense and ten years for the weapons offense.
