SWINGER, J.

Each of the three defendants attacks the constitutionality of the recently enacted Ohio legislation prohibiting operation of motor vehicles with alcohol in the body exceeding specified limits as measured by blood, urine or breath. Each was tested by the intoxilyzer and each result exceeded the limit set forth in R.C. 4511.19(A)(3) and the identically worded city ordinance.
