This is an appeal from a judgment of the Twenty-First Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, in favor of appellees, Mr. and Mrs. Craig Albert. Appellant, Landry Grice, filed suit for damages allegedly resulting to his property from appellees' alleged filling in of a natural drain on their property.
