OPINION

WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

This case reaches the Court on the complaint of the debtor for declaratory relief pursuant to § 506(d) of the Bankruptcy Code. The debtor requests the Court to avoid the mortgage lien of the Federal National Mortgage Association, (F.N.M.A.). After hearing held on December 16, 1982, and upon consideration of the motion to dismiss the complaint filed by F.N.M.A., the Court will dismiss the complaint.
