Plaintiff-appellant, Joseph Provenzano, Jr., (Lessor), sued defendant-appellee, Denver Populis, (Lessee) for the breach of a written lease agreement. Populis reconvened claiming his wrongful eviction during the lease term by an agent of Provenzano and seeking recovery for damages occasioned by the eviction.
