In this proceeding, the plaintiff, Karen S. Nash, the former attorney for Mary Czepiga, the defendant's former wife, seeks, inter alia, a determination that a debt owed to her by the defendant is nondischargeable because "said debt is in the nature of alimony, maintenance or support to the defendant's former wife, Mary Pat Czepiga."
