OPINION

EMIL F. GOLDHABER, Bankruptcy Judge:

The issues in these adversary proceedings, which were consolidated for trial, are whether the mortgagees are entitled to relief from the automatic stay imposed by section 362(a) of the Bankruptcy Code ("the Code"). We conclude that the mortgagees are entitled to such relief because we find that the respective debtors have no equity in the properties in question and because the mortgagees' interests in the subject...
