This case is before the Court on the plaintiff's objection to the confirmation of the defendant-debtor's Chapter 13 plan. The plaintiff's objection raises the issue of the dischargeability of first and second mortgage obligations imposed on the defendant-debtor pursuant to a June 3, 1982 divorce decree.
