HARSHBARGER, Justice:

Clyde Daniel Aldridge appeals from a second-degree murder conviction after a second trial in the Circuit Court of Logan County. He was convicted on July 15, 1981 of the February 18, 1979 murder of Brady Burgess, a bootlegger, who conducted business from his residence at Blair, Logan County. Burgess, who was found dead inside his house by a prospective customer at approximately 8:30 p.m., had been seen alive about two hours earlier. Medical testimony...
