George Peyton, Jr., the plaintiff in this personal injury action, appeals a judgment in favor of the defendants, Calvin Bogan, Jr., and Mid-American Indemnity Company, rejecting his demands. The principal issue raised by this appeal is whether the district judge was correct in concluding that defendant Bogan was not negligent under the facts of this case.
