Medeco Security Locks, Inc. brings this declaratory judgment action for declaration of non-infringement as well as declaration of invalidity of the defendant's U.S. Patent No. 4,316,371 which was issued to Fichet-Bauche on February 23, 1982 ("Patent No. '371").
