Defendant was indicted for the crime of grand larceny in the third degree in violation of subdivision 4 of section 155.30 of the Penal Law. More specifically, the indictment charged him with stealing certain property consisting of credit cards which were enumerated. After a trial, defendant was found guilty as charged and sentenced to a term of incarceration of not less than two nor more than four years. This appeal ensued.
