The Bank of St. Charles and Trust Company, defendant and plaintiff-in-reconvention, appeals a declaratory judgment which upheld a mineral lease held by Florida Gas Exploration Company, Barber Oil Exploration, Inc., Drillamex, Inc., and MAPCO, Inc. (plaintiffs) and dismissed the Bank's reconventional demand which sought dissolution of plaintiffs' mineral lease, its share of the gas production from the property in question, and reasonable attorneys...
