The defendant was indicted and convicted for the offense of criminal possession of explosives in violation of Section 13A-7-44, Code of Alabama 1975. Sentence was three years' imprisonment. Four issues are raised on appeal.

The defendant argues that the statute under which he was convicted is "unconstitutional in that it is so vague and ambiguous that it does not properly apprise the defendant of what he was charged."
