DIMMICK, J.

The Disciplinary Board of the Washington State Bar Association unanimously recommended that this court suspend David L. Jamieson, Sr., respondent attorney, from the practice of law for a period of 60 days because of his continued neglect of probate matters. We concur with this recommendation.
