Plaintiff appeals from two separate orders granting the defendants' motions for summary judgment pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(3).

This is a products liability case. The plaintiff's subrogors, Duane and Mary Geiger, had installed in their home a prefabricated sheet metal fireplace manufactured by defendant Heatilator Fireplace, Division of Vega Industries, Inc.
