On May 4, 1982, Marjorie Orr Brantley, the debtor and appellant in this action (hereinafter "debtor"), filed a voluntary bankruptcy petition pursuant to Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 1301 et seq. The debtor also submitted a proposed plan which provided that all unsecured creditors were to be paid 100 cents on the dollar on the unsecured claims, that the debtor would make $100.00 monthly...
