Judgment reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and new trial ordered.

Defendant was convicted, inter alia, of the murder of Andre Guthman during the robbery of Magna Paint Company. The evidence adduced at trial adequately supports the verdict of the jury. We are compelled to reverse the judgment of conviction, however, because serious deficiencies in the trial court's charge to the jury deprived defendant of a fair trial...
