DIAL, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order partitioning a former wife's civil service retirement benefits and clarifying an award of the former husband's military retirement benefits in a prior divorce decree. Appellant, the former husband, instituted this lawsuit seeking partition of the civil service retirement benefits earned by his former wife during their marriage, which had not been divided at the time the parties were divorced in 1973...
