The central issue on this appeal is whether a confession which resulted from a long custodial interrogation during the course of which law enforcement personnel permitted the Defendant, Theodore Mikulewicz, to consume substantial quantities of alcohol was properly admitted into evidence at the Defendant's subsequent trial. We conclude that a confession produced under such circumstances is not voluntary and that its admission here violated the right...
