PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of three counts of possession with intent to deliver heroin, MCL 333.7401(2)(a); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a). Thereafter sentenced to three concurrent prison terms of 12 to 20 years, defendant appeals as of right.
