This action was initiated by plaintiff in the latter part of October, 1981, by service of summons and complaint. The complaint alleges that between 9:30 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. on January 10, 1981, plaintiff was removed from the Hulla-Baloo bar and grill in the City of Rensselaer by defendant police officers without probable cause.
